Postage costs are based on weight and will be calculated at checkout. Standard Royal Mail Delivery is £3.50. Heavier items of 600gsm plus will automatically be sent via DPD as this is the cheapest method. Free postage for orders over £75.
Orders are processed between 1 and 5 days after the order has been placed. Orders are then sent via Standard Royal Mail (unless this is a heavier order, in which case it will be sent via DPD). You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
All of our packaging is plastic free and recyclable. We are passionate about this being a brand which is eco-friendly and sustainable. As such, plastic free is a must for us.
Yes! All of our clothing is Fair Wear accredited, organic cotton, and toxin free.
Most of our products (unless stated otherwise) are custom made to order, so we can unfortunately only offer full refunds or exchanges if there is a genuine defect with the clothing garment or printing process.
So with this in mind, please be careful when selecting products and appropiate sizes/quantities to minimise any disappointment and avoid unnecessary waste inline with our compnany ethos on providing sustainable clothing. Thank you.
Our inks are vegan and eco-friendly. This means there are no toxins, no animal by products, they are not tested on animals, are safe for use on children and OEKO-TEX certified.
Yes. All of our T-Shirts and Sweatshirts/Hoodies are organic cotton. Super soft and eco-friendly.
For all garments, we advise you to follow these instructions for washing and drying:
- Wash at 30 degrees celsius, inside out
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not iron over the print
This is probably a vinegar like smell, which comes from the pre-treatment used during the printing process.
Usually there is no smell whatsoever, but your orders are printed individually for you and then sent out, so it may be that if they are packaged straight after printing there is a slight smell.
This is not harmful at all. All of our inks and materials are completely toxin free. It will simply air out or you can run the item through a cold wash cycle, as you might for any new piece of clothing purchased.
